      <image:caption>Jessica Greaser, MA, LPC-A Executive Director Jessica counsels adolescents, young adults, adults, engaged couples, and families. Since starting her career in 2016, she has focused on helping clients navigate anxiety, identity struggles, loss and grief, family dynamics, and relationship challenges, as well as disability-related issues. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in an integrated bio-psycho-social-spiritual framework, drawing from cognitive, behavioral, and internal family systems models to support holistic healing. Jessica earned her Master of Arts in Counseling from Biblical Theological Seminary in 2016 and completed internships at Vantage, her seminary's counseling office, and Buxmont Counseling Center, where she began as an intern in 2015. With over 20 years of experience working with students and families in church ministry, Jessica loves being a safe and reliable presence for people during vulnerable times. She feels honored to witness the healing and transformation in her clients' lives.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Scott Eldredge, ACSW, MPHA Clinical Supervisor Scott works with adults of all ages, couples, teens, and families. He began his career in 1982 and returned to Buxmont Counseling Center in 2022 after previously counseling there from 1996 to 1999. Scott has extensive experience treating anxiety, depression, family and marital issues, grief and loss, anger, pornography struggles, gender identity concerns, and parenting challenges. He also enjoys working with teens and assisting churches and leaders in processing abuse and conflicts. As a Level 2 Gottman-trained therapist, Scott uses a mediating model and a systems approach in his counseling, particularly with couples. He holds a BSW, BS in Psychology, and BS in Sociology from Eastern Mennonite University, an MSW from Marywood College, and a Master’s in Public Health Administration from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Scott has been a Licensed Social Worker and a member of the Academy of Certified Social Workers since 1987. Scott has also served as clinical staff with Langberg Monroe Associates and previously worked with Dr. William Kelly in Colmar, PA. What Scott loves most about counseling is the privilege of walking with people through challenging relationships and life situations, helping them discern God’s voice and find comfort even in the midst of painful experiences.</image:caption>

He began his counseling career in 2021 and joined Buxmont Counseling Center in 2023. Josh has experience treating issues such as anxiety, relationship challenges, phase-of-life transitions, building resiliency, and value-based living. His integrative approach is tailored to each client’s needs, using techniques like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. He holds a Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Josh previously worked as a Student Assistance Program (SAP) Counselor in the North Penn and Souderton School Districts. What Josh loves most about counseling is being able to meet clients where they are in their journey and walk with them toward a healthier, more meaningful future.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Andie Farnham, MSW, LCSW Counselor Andie counsels adolescents, young adults, adults, older adults, and individuals. She began her career in behavioral health in 2019 and started counseling at Buxmont Counseling Center in 2024. Andie has experience working with clients facing anxiety, complex medical issues, cancer, depression, women’s issues, caregiving challenges, end-of-life concerns, and disabilities. She provides Christ-centered counseling, incorporating techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. Andie holds an MSW from Campbellsville University (2019) and earned her LCSW in January 2024. Her clinical background includes working at Lancaster Behavioral Health Hospital, Indian Creek Foundation, Lansdale Hospital, and Jefferson Health-Asplundh Cancer Pavilion. She has supported individuals and their families through crises, end-of-life transitions, and cancer treatments, providing both emotional regulation and counseling. What Andie loves most about being a counselor is the opportunity to journey with people through life’s challenges, offering support, reflection, and coping strategies. As a Christian counselor, she is passionate about exploring how the Gospel speaks to life’s hurts and struggles, applying God’s wisdom to help individuals overcome their deepest challenges.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Monica Jefferson Counselor, MA Monica began counseling at Buxmont Counseling Center in 2023 and enjoys walking alongside individuals and families through various stages and seasons of life. She works with children and adolescents, as well as adults navigating stress, change, and relational difficulties. She supports clients facing anxiety, depression, parenting and family dynamics, challenges experienced by caregivers and church leaders, and major life transitions. Monica believes healing and renewed purpose emerge when people are invited to share their stories in a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment. Her therapeutic approach is integrated and individualized, drawing from strengths-based, trauma-sensitive, attachment-focused, and wellness-oriented frameworks. Monica earned her Master of Arts in Counseling from Missio Seminary in 2017 and is currently continuing her education at Kairos University.  Along with her clinical experience at Buxmont Counseling Center, she previously worked as a school counselor. She also has been shaped through her experience as a foster care parent, youth ministry leader, and undergraduate teacher in leadership and personal formation.       <image:caption>Debbie Eckert, MSW, LSW Counselor Debbie works with children, adolescents, young adults, and individuals, drawing on her extensive experience in both social work and behavioral health. She began her career in 2002 and transitioned to Behavioral Health in 2017. Debbie joined Buxmont Counseling Center in 2023. Specializing in trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, divorce, foster care, and adoption, Debbie is also skilled in supporting students with school-related challenges, such as anxiety and truancy. Her trauma-informed approach emphasizes her clients' strengths and utilizes supportive systems to help them heal. Debbie is a licensed social worker with bachelor’s degrees in Bible and Social Work from Cairn University and a master’s degree in Social Work from Campbellsville University. Her background includes work as an Intensive Services Caseworker for Bucks County Children and Youth, as a foster parent with Bethany Christian Services, and supporting children impacted by trauma and mental health challenges at Lakeside’s Souderton Vantage Academy. She also volunteers at Living Streams Ranch, a Christian mentorship program that uses horses to help women and children recover from trauma. Debbie’s holistic approach recognizes the importance of physical, mental, and spiritual health. She is open to praying with clients and helping them experience the transformative power of God’s love in their healing journey.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Sharon Mangum, MA, LPC-A Counselor Sharon counsels individuals of all ages, from children to adults, and has been with Buxmont Counseling Center since 2023. She has extensive experience addressing anxiety, depression, parenting challenges, and mental health struggles related to immigration and cross-cultural adjustment. Sharon is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate and a certified Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI®) Practitioner. She holds a Master’s degree in Counseling and has been working in the field since 2012. Her past clinical experience includes providing counseling in Spanish for children, teens, and adults at The Place of Refuge (2011-2013) and offering member care at Safe Place, LLC, since 2019. She supports individuals in both English and Spanish, helping them process life transitions and emotional struggles. Sharon is passionate about creating a safe space for clients to process their stories in their native "heart" language, whether in English, Spanish, or both.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Maria Mora, DMin, LCADC, LAC Counselor Maria is a dedicated and compassionate counselor with over a decade of experience in the mental health and substance use fields. She works with clients across all life stages, including children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and later-in-life adults. Maria specializes in treating a variety of concerns, including behavioral issues, anxiety, depression, identity and self-esteem challenges, anger management, grief and loss, family and relationship issues, disabilities, attention-related difficulties, symptom management for psychosis, delusions, and hallucinations, as well as substance use disorders. She utilizes evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Family Systems Therapy, Illness Management and Recovery (IMR), and the 12-Step Program to help her clients navigate challenges and achieve personal growth. Maria holds a Doctorate in Pastoral Counseling from New York Theological Seminary (2018) and is a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) and Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC). Her extensive clinical background includes leadership roles in mental health and substance use treatment settings, such as Clinical Supervisor, Senior Clinical Director, and Associate Executive Director at Straight and Narrow in Paterson, NJ. She has also served as an assistant professor at New York Theological Seminary, providing supervision and mentorship to counseling students. Maria is passionate about walking alongside individuals on their journey to healing. Emmanuel enjoys working with teens, young adults, and couples as they explore who they are, where they’re going, and how to build healthy connections along the way. Emmanuel primarily uses Narrative Therapy, helping clients make sense of their personal stories and uncover new meaning in their experiences. He also integrates approaches from Emotionally Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Family Systems Theory to support growth and change within individuals and relationships. He holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, both from Liberty University, and is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A). Emmanuel’s clinical experience includes working as a Crisis Worker at Grand View Health and St. Luke’s University Health Network, where he provided emergency mental health assessments, crisis intervention, and coordinated care for individuals in acute distress. He also served as a Masters Level Clinical Intern at Ursinus College Counseling Center, where he provided counseling to college students dealing with anxiety, depression, identity concerns, sports-related challenges, and relational stress. What Emmanuel loves most about counseling is the privilege of walking alongside people as they make sense of their story and discover their own strength. She first joined Buxmont Counseling Center in 2008 and returned in 2022. Jen specializes in treating anxiety, self-esteem issues, and health concerns related to nutrition and food addiction. She is also passionate about helping those who are navigating the challenges of loved ones who have strayed from their faith or values, often referred to as "prodigals." Her approach is deeply rooted in biblical principles, integrating spiritual guidance to help clients overcome life's challenges. Jen earned her Master’s in Christian Counseling from Cairn University in 1996. Her previous clinical experience includes working as a counselor and case manager at Lakeside School, where she supported students and families from 1995 to 2013. What Jen loves most about her work is meeting people where they are and affirming their worth in God's eyes. She finds joy in helping clients realize their purpose, and experiencing the life-changing freedom that comes from surrendering to God's plan.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Tedd Bradford, MA Counselor Tedd works with families, couples, and individuals. He began his counseling career in 1993 and has been serving the community ever since, including 20 years at the Penn Foundation in Sellersville. Tedd specializes in family counseling and also offers individual and couples counseling. He earned his MA in Counseling from Biblical Seminary in Hatfield in 1993 and brings a wealth of clinical and life experience to his practice. What Tedd enjoys most about being a counselor is interacting with clients and offering support as they take meaningful steps toward improving their lives. On a personal note, Tedd has been married for over 30 years, has four children and is a proud grandfather to three grandchildren.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Matthew Day, M.Ed. Counselor Matthew joined Buxmont Counseling Center in 2025 and works primarily with adolescents and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, identity, and grief. He is passionate about helping clients uncover new ways of thinking that lead to healing and growth. Using a cognitive-behavioral approach, Matthew helps clients identify unhelpful or irrational thoughts and replace them with healthier, more constructive beliefs. His goal is to guide individuals toward positive behavioral change and stronger emotional resilience. Matthew holds a Master of Education in Professional School Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Seminary and Biblical Studies. He is also a certified Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Specialist through the American School Counselor Association (ASCA). Prior to joining Buxmont, he provided counseling for adult men struggling with depression at Hope Within, a nonprofit clinic. What Matthew loves most about counseling is getting to know people’s stories and seeing the ways God is at work in their lives. He finds deep purpose in walking alongside clients through both the struggles and victories of their journey.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Marilyn Rudolph, MBA, CCEF-Certified Counselor Marilyn joined Buxmont Counseling Center in 2025, bringing a deep passion for supporting adults through life’s transitions and challenges. She works with individuals navigating self-esteem issues, career development, grief, divorce, and relationship struggles, including those later in life. Marilyn’s counseling approach centers on active listening, compassion, and trust-building, all shaped by a strong Christian worldview. Her goal is to walk alongside clients with empathy and wisdom as they pursue healing and growth. She holds a Certificate in Christian Counseling from the Christian Counseling and Education Foundation (CCEF), a B.S. from the University of Phoenix, and an MBA from California Southern University. Marilyn has served on the Mercy Ministry Committee at Lansdale Presbyterian Church since 2019, where she also facilitates a Grief Share support group. Her ministry experience includes leadership in women’s ministry, the Welcome Team, and housing outreach, as well as facilitating Fresh Start, a divorce recovery program at Church of the Savior in Wayne, PA. What Marilyn loves most about counseling is helping others discover how God is working in their lives, offering biblical encouragement, and equipping them to overcome personal challenges with renewed hope and purpose.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Samantha Wooler, MS, LPC-A Counselor Samantha joined Buxmont Counseling Center in 2025, bringing her experience supporting individuals and families through a variety of life challenges. She works with clients from early childhood through adulthood, with a focus on those impacted by disabilities. She has experience treating anxiety, depression, aggression, and impulsivity, and helps clients build life skills, emotional awareness, and healthy coping strategies. Samantha primarily utilizes strategies and techniques of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while incorporating a psychodynamic and mindfulness-based approach. She earned her M.S. in Psychology from Grand Canyon University in 2019 and is currently pursuing her LPC. Her previous work includes supporting children and young adults with disabilities at Foundations Behavioral Hospital, and serving as a mobile therapist with Epic Developmental Services. Samantha finds great fulfillment in counseling, following the Lord’s guidance to empower others with biblical truth and support them in overcoming life’s challenges.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Staci Landis Administrative &amp; Billing Coordinator Staci joined Buxmont Counseling Center in early 2023 as an Administrative Assistant and is often the first point of contact for clients. She manages counseling inquiries, email communication, scheduling, and billing, helping the office run smoothly. Staci strives to create a welcoming and supportive experience for everyone who reaches out, helping clients feel at ease from their very first interaction. She holds a degree in Early Childhood Education and has experience working with pre-kindergarten and early elementary students, as well as serving as a Special Education paraprofessional in an autism program. Staci has also worked as an administrative assistant for a Christian radio station affiliated with Northwestern College in Minnesota and helped manage a shared photography business with her husband for over a decade. Staci is passionate about seeing marriages and families strengthened and restored through Christ. She seeks to serve the Lord in every aspect of her life, striving to reflect biblical truth, grace, and compassion in both her work and relationships. Ephesians 2:8–10.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Rachael Sine Bilingual Client and Outreach Coordinator Rachael serves as the Bilingual Client and Outreach Coordinator at Buxmont Counseling Center. Rachael conducts consultations at Buxmont for Spanish-speaking clients seeking counseling services. She brings over a decade of experience working with children, youth, families, and marginalized communities across the United States and Latin America. Rachael holds a degree in Communication Studies and Spanish from Eastern University. She has full professional proficiency in Spanish and has received specialized training in trauma-informed education. Prior to joining Buxmont, Rachael led community-based programs, coordinated services for at-risk populations, and provided bilingual support for families navigating complex emotional and social challenges. Her background includes leadership roles in nonprofit organizations, international program management, and training and technical assistance for human rights initiatives. Rachael is passionate about creating safe, welcoming spaces where individuals feel seen, heard, and supported on their mental health journey.</image:caption>
